Signifikasi Visi Injil Kerajaan Allah sebagai Fondasi Tata Kelola Perguruan Tinggi Kristen

Penelitian ini menganalisis visi Injil Kerajaan Allah sebagai landasan tata kelola Perguruan Tinggi Kristen (PTK) dan Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Kristen (PTKK) di Indonesia di tengah tuntutan akreditasi, globalisasi, revolusi industri 4.0, dan sekularisasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi literatur, analisis teologis-biblikal, dan kajian manajerial, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa visi Injil Kerajaan Allah menyediakan kerangka teologis yang kokoh dan operasional bagi institusi Kristen. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada perumusannya sebagai paradigma operasional yang mengintegrasikan misi, kepemimpinan, kurikulum, dan akuntabilitas dalam narasi pemerintahan Allah yang sudah hadir namun belum digenapi. Temuan mengidentifikasi tiga pilar: sentralitas kedaulatan Kristus, kepemimpinan redemptif, dan transformasi sistem mutu PPEPP. Tata kelola PTK dan PTKK dipahami sebagai praksis kelembagaan yang membentuk komunitas seturut nilai kebenaran, keadilan, dan penatalayanan bagi kemuliaan Allah.
