Pola Fatherhood Leadership dalam Perjanjian Lama bagi Resolusi Konflik Relasional dalam Kepemimpinan Kristen

Konflik relasional merupakan salah satu tantangan utama dalam kepemimpinan Kristen, terutama ketika ketegangan antara pemimpin dan komunitas memunculkan resistensi, kerusakan komunikasi, serta melemahnya kepercayaan interpersonal. Berbagai pendekatan kepemimpinan telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi konflik organisasi, namun kajian yang secara khusus membangun pola resolusi konflik berdasarkan metafora kebapaan Allah dalam Perjanjian Lama masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola Fatherhood Leadership sebagai kerangka teologis bagi resolusi konflik relasional dalam kepemimpinan Kristen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi biblika melalui analisis eksegetis terhadap enam teks Perjanjian Lama, yaitu Ulangan 32:5–6, Hosea 11:1–4, 8–9, 2 Samuel 7:14, Yeremia 3:19, Mazmur 89:26–32, dan Yeremia 31:9. Analisis menghasilkan enam pola utama, yaitu: pemulihan identitas relasional, disiplin restoratif, otoritas perjanjian, reorientasi visi, rekonstruksi komunikasi, dan rekonsiliasi restoratif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa konflik dalam kepemimpinan Kristen tidak semata berkaitan dengan pelanggaran prosedural, melainkan juga menyangkut krisis relasi dan identitas komunitas. Dengan demikian, Fatherhood Leadership menawarkan pola resolusi yang berorientasi pada pemulihan relasi secara restoratif dan transformatif.
